We have just finished a successful repair on a Volkswagen Caddy in which the Aircon was not working. We pressure tested the system to find that the pressure switch was internally leaking . We replaced the pressure switch and re-pressure tested using oxygen free nitrogen. System was now leak free. We vacuumed the system to remove all moisture out of the system and regassed to manufacturers refrigerant quantity. The system was then checked and temperatures were recorded in the cabin.
